	Readme File: St. Huldrych Causeway--DC Edition (6p) A Multiplayer/Skirmish Map for use with Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War--Dark Crusade by vol_907 This is another update of a popular map of mine. It is 95% identical to the Winter Assault Version, with some cosmetic (including a DC-friendly loading screen) and balancing changes. As with the original map, approach routes to the enemy base areas are long, so as to hamper rushing (but may prove problematic for Necron players). There's a lot of req and power to collect here, so all you players who like large battles will love this one. INSTALLATION: The map is packed into an installer. Simply run it, and tell it where your Dawn of War - Dark Crusade folder is (usually C:/program Files/THQ) and it will do the rest. OTHER INFORMATION: This was re-created in a few hours using the Mission Editor Tools for Dark Crusade, GIMP 2.2, and IrfanView. A couple of textures used were borrowed from Rayden's map "Gates of Ultramar," so if you already have that map installed for DC, you may get a message asking to overwrite certain files. You can allow it (it will only replace textures with the same) or not (you won't miss a thing). Feel free to add this map in a mappack, feature it as a battleground for tournaments, or whatever, just as long as it is not used to turn a profit. Yay! I love this map, and it's for DC! Rock

about time, i was tired of playing this map, hope this update makes both routes better, n makes vehicles pass through.

very well layout, and good choice of decals, but one large problem with the decals. You streatched them too much, making them look blury, in the roads atleast anyway. But like i said, very good layout of the map. 9/10 for layout. 6/10 for decals. Overall 7.5/10, rounding up to 8/10. Rock

BIO_Ultra_ Resistance is Futile!

This map looks very similiar if not the same to this other map that was released to DoWWA. Im going to check up this now.

But seeing how its by the same author its not someone ripping it. Never mind. By the way this is a fun map to play on.

It's a re-release by me.

Wildside--when I first put together the map, I made it with the Steel Legion Mod in mind, so I checked it against squads up to the Stormblade as I made it. Vehicles will only be able to switch bridges where the central relic is located (I did that on purpose), but they should be able to make it anywhere on the base areas provided you haven't built something to hinder their way. I did that on purpose.

I've played it multiple times with different mods (AI project, DoWPro, Steel Legion, and DowXP) and it plays just fine with them.

I love them.

Which means i love this one.

Also, why in the hell are there Flyff ads all over the site, That game sucks hard.

poor one (not ofence!!) you graphics on the game isn't good.... try geting a new graphic card and give it energy.... (my last one got toasted for that!)

but it looks good.... if its true that BIO_ULTRA said about the streched streets... then hm....

Mattelus...try the map, see for yourself. The Winter Assault version got voted in for one of the Relic Forum community mappacks, if that's worth anything.

As for the graphics card, I run a GeForce 6200 nowadays. But, since the screenshots were made playing the DoWXP mod (which has different camera parameters than vanilla DC), that might have something to do with any distortion you see.

And yes, the street decals were stretched to their limit. I used that to set the standard size for the streets (which greatly affected the layout of the map altogether).

Great map... Long fights in large scale... Easy to defent and hard to send supports, bit like Kasyr Lutien... Bit too many strategic points... But anyway great map and well planned! More of these!
