14 :French people with a bit sense install it on French laguage, and there is German and Russian too I think.
13:I don't think it would breake the mods, but better be safe than sorry, you can change version manually (friend overwrote it and we can still play tougether multi, and his mods are working fine). |

Posts: 133 | Jesus guys, it doesn't affect the units, so it doesn't break mods. Quit the mindless panicking, won't you? Try asking if someone who has installed the patch has found that it breaks mods, instead of just ASSuming.
Anyways, considering that AFAIK the DoWFiles staff is 100% volunteer, quitcher*****in, and be glad they devote their free time to providing news and modding/mapping resources for us, AT NO FREAKIN' COST.

Posts: 1 | Hi, my last comp burned and when i intalled the DOW pack on my new computer, at the first launch for play online, the update crash  I try many solutions (I downloaded the patch in manual mode but nothing to do, the program is corrupted).
So now it's impossible for me to played DOW online. I'm very disappointed.
Someone know what's happen ? Cause i see i'm not the only one. Someone got a solution ?

So this patch is terrible? you need this patch to play certain mods (1.2 that is) but you can't just install 1.2 you need to patch 1.1 then install 1.2 and your mods will work. And honestly it's only 11mb!? |
