Description:
This is the first release of a little project I've been toying with for sometime.
In the early WH40k years, my most favourite army was Eldar, with a special interest in the Harlequins.
Now with a great game (and Mod tools) from Relic available, I've had a go at seeing these guys on the PC.
The Mod is based loosely on the scraps of information available to me from the Games Workshop world.

Description

This is the first release of a little project I've been toying with for sometime.
In the early WH40k years, my most favourite army was Eldar, with a special interest in the Harlequins.
Now with a great game (and Mod tools) from Relic available, I've had a go at seeing these guys on the PC.
The Mod is based loosely on the scraps of information available to me from the Games Workshop world.
I hope I've been faithful to their style.


Harlequin Force
***************
Colourful, Nimble, Deadly. That is the Harlequin force.
Shirking armour and heavy weapoins, the Harlequin strength is based on agile movement and graceful melee combat.
The Troupe provides the main-stay of this army, backed up with accurate heavy-weapons fire from the dread Death Jesters.
Any Harlequin force of consequencial size attacts the most potent of combat elite -
The Master Mime, Master of illusion
The Shadow Seer, Psyker of dark shadows
The Solitaire, Lone champion of close quarter combat
The Great Harlequin, Inspiration of the Harlequin Army

Harlequins care not for cumbersome vehicles and stuffy buildings.
They spend their efforts honing their combat skills and dancing to the rhythmns of the warp.

Harlequins:
- Use speed and confusion to protect them in battle
- Wear light or no armour, considering it to be restrictive
- Can move freely during the heat of combat, and over most terrain with no penalty
- Employ few ranged weapons, but specialise in a number of deadly melee weapons
- Favour deception, guile and graceful combat over head-on assaults

Instructions

Extract this package into your existing C:/Program Files/THQ/Dawn of War/ or similar folder.
You should have the following new files in your DOW game folder:

Folder /TheDanceMacabre - Mod files and assets
Batch file /Run_TheDanceMacabre.bat - Use this to run the Mod
Dow File /thedancemacabre.module - Support file for the Mod
This file /tdm_readme.txt - Help and information
