Mel Danes Land Speeder Re-texture - File Description  


Description:
The Landspeeder.wtp files are a re-texture done in Photoshop and recompiled with Beroc's WTP tool. These files replace the current Rhino unit textures with a modified Army Painter layout.

-Emblems and Icons stay, they are not Army Painter compatable.
-Secondary color changes utility hatches, fin parts and the front.
-Trim is on front indents, and bumber assembly.
-Shoulder trim has been added to the pilot and gunner.

Mel Danes Land Speeder Re-texture for Dawn of War
Version: 0.5 (rel:01-10-05)

File Info:

The Landspeeder.wtp files are a re-texture done in Photoshop and recompiled with Beroc's WTP tool. These files replace the current Rhino unit textures with a modified Army Painter layout.

-Emblems and Icons stay, they are not Army Painter compatable.
-Secondary color changes utility hatches, fin parts and the front.
-Trim is on front indents, and bumber assembly.
-Shoulder trim has been added to the pilot and gunner.

Installation instructions:

1.) Backup the original WTP file, located in

....Dawn of War/W40k/Data/art/ebps/races/space_marines/texture_share
To do this I usually add an "a" to the name.

2.) Extract the following files into the same directory.
"land_speeder_default.wtp"
"land_speeder_space_marine_default.wtp"

3.) Ambush from the skies.

I was hoping to mix up the texture sheet a little, give us some options. It also fits the rest of my vehicle pack.
