Not going too overboard, just a dread and the force commander. Personally I thought a Chaplain would have been more appropriate here, the Death Mask (IIRC) he wears would have made more of an impact. |

It's not too hard to get a muzzle flash. Just keep pausing and you'll get one eventually 
Anyway, I won't vote since it's mine. I just like the clean look to it. |

Posts: 551 | There are more tacticals, a few veterans, a whirlwind, a couple of turrets (on the hills), a Chaplain AND Librarian, a hellfire dreadnaught, and a damocles command tank sitting back as well. They should be scared. It's all off-screen though

look, its not about the ease of the capture. its about the meshing of the capture and the caption. every picture doesnt have to be spectacular but if youre going to put something basic up - like this, then give us a caption that takes the whole package up one level. its not that anyone can put this pic up, its that anyone can put this pic up and say "power to the imperium" or "fear the whatever...." THATS the easy part. make us work for the potd people...come on!! |

not the best time to log on i'll admit but its clear the community has taken a bit of a dive. (points to filefront thread in previous post) so consider this your one and only warning.
tomorrow (later today...) i'll be back in charge of DOWFiles having a mega clean out of members and staff. if you break the rules, expect a 24 hour comment ban at minimum! i aim to restore whats left of the POTD to glory and bring DOWFiles staff back up to speed.
as for the pic, yes it is another SM pic but everything's deployed in a way that makes me think its an execution of a tactical plan. 7/10. |
